Photographs from this Hunters Point jobsite show a cast-in-place concrete structure rising on Center Boulevard, directly across the East River from the Manhattan skyline. Column reinforcement, formwork bracing, and deck reinforcement are visible on the working deck, with perimeter safety netting wrapping the completed floors below.
