New York City is among the U.S. cities included in the world’s 50 “construction mega cities,” which are cities with more than $30 billion of investment value in their construction project pipeline.
In 2019, NYC had approximately $285 billion worth of investment value in their pipeline, making it the highest construction mega city in the United States.
